Unsmoke Unsoot #1 (3.8-Litres)

Unsmoke Unsoot #1 is a water-based polymer that is solvent free. Unsoot #1 is safe and effective on most insulated and non-insulated ducts, it is guaranteed to form a permanent bond, offers mild deodorisation and knocks down airborne particulates. Effectively and permanently seals in smoke odour in roof timber areas and other hard to clean areas. Can be used on walls and ceilings after residues have been removed.

Any number of events in a building can generate soot and particular contamination. The most well-known are structural fires and furnace malfunctions known as “puff backs.” The cleaning process can be frustrated by air currents moving this particulate contamination from soiled to clean surfaces. An additional complication is that soot has extremely high surface area and can adsorb strong odours.

Unsoot #1 is a low solid, low solvent product that forms a protective coating; this coating encapsulates soot and other contaminants. The film has no gloss, is almost colourless and, therefore, does not affect the appearance of the surface.

Unsoot #1 can also be combined with odour control agents to provide additional odour control capability.
